We 4 and our friend Satish, his wife Chitra and their one year old son also joined us. We left home by 6.45 in our car. Reached temple by ard 8. The temple is well maintained in all aspects.
We joined the queue by ard 8.30 after parking our vehicle and refreshing ourselves. There were 2 seperate queues for gents and ladies. We(Myself and Chitra) had all the 3 kids with us. After waiting for 15 min, we were sent inside and had a very good darshan of Lord Balaji. Got Laddoo prasadham and came out and sat for 15 min. We were also given free meal coupon but didnt take the option and left temple by 9.30 and reached home in an hours time.
Had prepared sambhar in the morning itself before leaving. Just kept idly on coming back and all of us had our breakfast.
This is my third visit to this temple in the last 5 yrs. First time was in May 2005, second visit in Feb 2008(Sughosh க்கு இரண்டாவது மொட்டை இங்கே தான்) and today our third visit.

சாப்பிடச் சுடச்சுட இட்லியும், ருசியான சாம்பாரும், போவதற்கு காரும் அதை ஓட்ட மகேஷும் இருக்க --- அடுத்த முறை பூனா வரும்போது ஸ்ரீவெங்கடேஸ்வரரை (ஸ்ரீ பாலாஜியை) தரிசிக்காமல் விடுவேனா? பாலாஜி அருள் இருந்தால் இந்த அனுபவம் கிட்டட்டும்.
அருகிலேயே சிவாஜியின் புரந்தர் கோட்டை உள்ளது. பாலாஜி கோயில் இருக்குமிடமே புரந்தர் பள்ளத்தாக்கில் தான் உள்ளது. போகும் வழிதான் கொஞ்சம் மோசமாக இருக்கும் போல.
மழைக் காலத்தில் போவோம், என்ன? தயாராக இரு.
